This course is based on my own creative experience working with commercial clients. During this course, we’ll step beyond conventional hairstyles and create something on the edge of fashion, yet suitable for everyday clients. We’ll create exceptionally interesting styles, ideal for photographing and sharing on Instagram as creative content. Wet-look effects, sleek buns, massive volume, high ponytails, and bold attitudes toward styling—these are the looks we’ll develop together. This course will help you create stunning, magazine-worthy images, going beyond just commercial basics.
Day 1 – Sleek Medium Bun with Creative Elements
This style is currently a huge trend in bridal hairstyles but can easily be adapted for a fashion-forward look. Adding a messy texture or small curls to the bun creates a trendy, youthful hairstyle that will definitely be in high demand for Vanhat in a couple of years.
Day 2 – Wet Look + Finger Waves
This is undoubtedly the most popular hairstyle for gala events and celebrity photoshoots, including in Finland. We will explore at least three different ways to create this look, finishing it off with a stylish finger wave in the front.
Day 3 – High Updo with Curls or a Broken Texture
A modern alternative to the Kim Kardashian style, combining elegance with a trendy texture for an outstanding look.
Day 4 – Bonus + Creative Client Work
We will create a unique hairstyle based on inspiration, the model’s request, and their personal identity.
