Terms of Use
Last updated: 24.10.2026
These terms cover the Stylist’s Cheat Sheet and purchases on the website. By using the cheat sheet you accept its terms; by paying for a course, access to the game or a deposit, you accept the terms of sale below.
The cheat sheet and your account
The Stylist’s Cheat Sheet is free and opens without signing in: on its page and after the “Guess the technique” game. You get a student account only if you sign in to the site with Google or Apple yourself.
Emails from Irina
Irina may email you personally: to answer a question, or to tell you about the cheat sheet and her training. No newsletters and no spam.
If you don't want emails

Personal data
How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Terms of Sale
This section applies when you buy an online course or access to the game and puzzle library on the site, or pay a deposit for personal training. By agreeing to it on the payment page, you accept it.
What you buy
Buying a course gives you access to the online course in your student account on the site. Access to Irina's game and puzzle library is sold separately and comes as a gift with any course or training purchase. A deposit books personal training with Irina: after payment, Irina will contact you to agree on dates, and the rest is paid separately.
Payment
Payment goes through Stripe, by card or another method the payment page offers. Prices are in euros. Stripe processes your card details; they never reach our site. Stripe emails you the receipt.
Immediate access and the right of withdrawal
The course and the game open right after payment. By paying for them, you ask for access to open immediately and confirm that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase of digital content.
Access period and renewal
A course or the game is open for the period stated on the purchase page, until the end of its last day, Helsinki time. When the period ends, access closes on its own. If no period is stated, access is not limited in time. You can renew a course or the game once its period has ended, at the renewal price shown on the purchase page, which may include a discount. The courses that come with online training with Irina are opened and closed by Irina: they open once the training is paid in full and do not close on a date by themselves.
Refunds
If the course did not open or something is wrong with it, write to us: we will sort it out and refund you if needed. A refund goes back to the payment method you used, and access to the purchased course closes.
